Position Overview - Operator, Machine - OP/CP

3rd Shift - 10:30PM- 7:00AM, Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker to move and store materials within the distribution center.
• Lift, stack, and replenish products from shelves, ensuring proper handling based on height and weight.
• Verify product orders, document damages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory levels and fulfill orders accurately and timely.
• Transport materials safely within the warehouse, stacking or shelving as per storage plans.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and equipment inspections.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, inventory counts, and preparing shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• At least 1 year of experience with warehouse organization procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work quickly.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of PIT experience operating a Cherry Picker in a warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse scan guns.
• Problem-solving skills and safety compliance.
• WMS experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, squatting most of the time.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling motions.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
