Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Indianapolis distribution center. You will join Inventory Control or Carousel Picking, handling receiving, packing, scanning, and order accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable attendance, with onsite hours 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, and potential overtime. Onsite work in Indianapolis, with emphasis on accurate inventory placement and efficient warehouse flow, ensuring customer orders

Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

As a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate is a critical role within our warehouse department, and the Inventory Control department is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center's flow.

What You Will Do

Warehouse Specialists ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Inventory Control or Carousel Picking. General responsibilities include:

• Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders

Education/ Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
• SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
