Job summary

Kontoor Brands is hiring a warehouse picker in Virginia to support Wrangler®, Lee® and Helly Hansen®. The role uses zone-based work assignments, scans cartons with RF devices, and picks garments by UPC to ensure accuracy.

You will place verified units into cartons, move completed cases to the take-away conveyor, and help keep the line flowing. Kontoor offers a comprehensive benefits program focused on wellbeing, discounts on apparel, and family-friendly policies.

Responsibilities

• The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone.
• The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone.
• The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location.
• The associate picks the designate number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments.
• Verified units are placed in the carton.
• If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones.
• Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing.
