Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a warehouse associate to perform zone-based picking and packing tasks. You will use an RF device to locate items, scan barcodes, and verify garments before placing them in cartons. Completed cases move to the take-away conveyor as part of the processing flow.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to zone assignments, with a focus on timely unit movement through the line and overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pick items in assigned zone and verify with RF scanner.
• Scan carton barcodes and UPCs to ensure correct garments.
• Convey completed cases to take-away conveyor for processing.
• Handle transitions of cases to next zones as needed.

Job Posting:

• The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone.
• The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone.
• The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location.
• The associate picks the designates number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments.
• Verified units are placed in the carton.
• If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones.
• Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing.
