Job summary

TMD Staffing is seeking dependable Pickers, Packers, Production and Inventory personnel for a food manufacturing site in San Antonio, Texas. The role requires moving across packaging and production tasks in a very cold environment and wearing PPE. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Shifts run Saturday to Thursday with extended hours as needed. Candidates must pass a drug screen, have legal eligibility to work in the USA, and be able to work 8 to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Move between roles in packaging/production to pick, pack, and prepare ingredients and products.
• Use finger scanner to track items and conduct inventory checks.
• Assist with palletizing and with plastic sealing machines.
• Monitor cases and packaging to ensure correct counts and quality.
• Maintain production flow by replenishing materials and supporting shift changes.

The right candidate will have experience working with a food manufacturing company and be familiar with the roles and tasks in the production and packaging departments They will be dependable and reliable and be able to commit to full shifts and schedule. The candidate we select will be moving about to different roles getting ingredients, materials and products picked, packed, and ready for processing and shipping out. This job will demand that you be able to work in an environment that is COLD. PPE will be required on the production floor. Bilingual - English/Spanish will be a great plus.
