Job summary

TMD Staffing in San Antonio, TX is hiring for pickers, packers, production and inventory personnel for a food manufacturer. Responsibilities include moving between roles, using a finger scanner, handling inventory, palletizing, and operating sealing machines in a very cold environment.

Shifts run Saturday to Thursday with 8–10 hour days and $15 per hour pay, distributed weekly by electronic deposit. Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus, and a drug screen plus background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a drug screen.
• Have a pass and have a decent background check.
• Able to wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hair and foot bonnets).
• Be legal to work in USA.
• Have reliable transportation; public transportation does not run at shift times.
• Must be able to work 8 to 10 hours shift.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and willing to learn tasks for multiple roles within packaging/production.
• Know and be able to use a finger scanner.
• Be familiar with conducting inventory.
• Be able to assist with palletizing.
• Be able to assist with plastic sealing machines.
• Be able to stand throughout shift, unassisted.
• Assist replenishing department to keep production going.
• Be able to work in a fast paced production line.
• Monitor cases and packaging double checking to ensure products have been packed.
• Be flexible and willing to move around to different roles to avoid fatigue.
• Be able to work in a VERY COLD environment.

JOB ORDER - 57521 SAN ANTONIO, TX 78219 TMD Staffing is hiring for Pickers / Packers / Production Workers / Inventory Personnel for a food manufacturer in San Antonio, TX. The right candidate will have experience working with a food manufacturing company and be familiar with the roles and tasks in the production and packaging departments They will be dependable and reliable and be able to commit to full shifts and schedule. The candidate we select will be moving about to different roles getting ingredients, materials and products picked, packed, and ready for processing and shipping out. This job will demand that you be able to work in an environment that is COLD. PPE will be required on the production floor. Bilingual - English/Spanish will be a great plus. Hablamos Espanol.

SCHEDULE: Saturday to Thursday - Multiple Shifts: Flexibility to end of production necessary.

PAY: $15 HR - Weekly compensation by electronic deposit
