Job Posting

1. The pick locations are divided into zones by the system during scheduling. Each associate is assigned to a zone.
2. The associate performs all tasks required within their assigned zone.
3. The associate scans the carton barcode, and the RF device guides them to the first location.
4. The associate picks the designated number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify correctness.
5. Verified units are placed into the carton.
6. If additional picks are needed in the pick area, the case is pushed down the line to remaining zones.
7. Completed cases are closed and placed on the conveyor for further processing.
