• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse or inventory systems (AS400) is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow order information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Commitment to safety standards.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Picker/ Packer Sample Room for a company based in Largo, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure success in the daily operation throughout a large printing/promotional company.

Pay Rate $16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use the company computer system to review and process customer orders.
• Pick products accurately from warehouse locations and prepare them for shipment.
• Pack orders securely to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
• Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals.
• Request inventory replenishment or products from the warehouse as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems is a plus (AS400 preferred).
• Ability to read and follow order information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Great understanding of safety standards.
