Job Title

Picker/Packer Associate

Position Summary

This role's main responsibility will be to pick items from bins, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure quality items are put into every single box during packing.
• Read pick tickets and correctly pick items based on orders.
• Contribute to the warehouse team: help organize, pack and clean hub work areas daily.
• Pack every box efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team and the Supervisor.
• Assist with inventory & returns as needed.
• Ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way.
• Effectively communicate needs, ideas, and questions with team members and managers to always ensure operational efficiency.
• Understand workplace safety expectations and use good judgment to create an injury‑free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment.
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Work Details

Position to start as soon as possible with training to start immediately. Shift is 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Candidate must be able to work 8+ hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods, and lift and carry 20+ pounds.

Compensation

Pay rate: $16 per hour. Signing bonus: $250 after successful completion of first 90 days.
