ReaderLink is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 2nd shift in Denton, TX. The role supports a fast-paced distribution center with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You will operate devices, follow procedures, and contribute to timely order processing.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with a schedule that runs Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM–1:30 AM and Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and health coverage.

Qualifications

• One year general warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to read labels and tickets.
• Basic math skills.

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–1:30 AM

Friday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Essential Functions:

• Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.

• Become proficient with Warehouse Management Systems, RF and Voice directed picking.
• Performs assigned general housekeeping duties.
• Report all accidents, injuries, near misses and hazardous conditions immediately to ReaderLink management.
• Assists in other facets of production as needed and works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Dependable and flexible when work is required in other areas of production.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time frames.
• Demonstrate quality and accuracy when performing assigned material handling functions.
• Checks and adjusts headset and handheld device.
• Logs into the handheld device.
• Changes zones when necessary.
• Stickers cartons as directed by Jennifer operating system.
• Builds a train by scanning bar code on label.
• Picks by scanning any carton number in the train and follows “Jennifer’s” directions to grab number and quantity.

• Passes a train after completes “grab”, “put”, “sticker”, OR the person next to you needs work.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• One year general warehouse/material handler experience preferred but not necessary.
