Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a packing associate for the 1st shift in Illinois. You will follow detailed packing procedures, pick and package printed materials, and prepare items for shipment with attention to quality and accuracy.

You will assemble products, count items, and label packages while handling loads safely. The role emphasizes routine warehouse tasks and requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Able to bend, lift, twist and climb.
• Ability to stand 8 hours a day.
• Understand and communicate written instructions.
• Understand and communicate verbal instructions.
• Read specifications and identify correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
• Knowledge of routine picking procedures, techniques, equipment and basic warehouse procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $15.65 to $16.15 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $X,XXX], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
