Job summary

Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. in Webberville, MI is hiring a Warehouse Picker/ Packer to locate items, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments from a busy facility. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a quick, accurate order-picking pace.

The position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits beginning after the first month. A $750 sign-on bonus is also available to new hires.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• English literacy required for reading and writing tasks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Locate products in the warehouse using Order Pick sheet.
• Pull product(s) from shelves to fill Customer Orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of each order that is being picked and packed.
• Properly package merchandise and send packages to Shipping.
• Maintain a clean working area at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Starting Pay & Hours

• Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM with a 30-minute lunch break

Job Description

Picker & Packer

• Locate products in the warehouse using Order Pick sheet

Requirements

All associates are required to be able to complete the following:

• Lift heavy merchandise off shelves (50 lbs)
• Go up and down a ladder throughout the day
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Pick and Pack inventory quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Read and write in English
• Count inventory quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Basic Skills:

• Have Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of computers
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Overtime required as needed
