The Opportunity

The Production Worker will play a key role in the efficient distribution of warehouse deliveries and arrivals.

How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock Company

• Handle pick tickets/orders from warehouse management/staff to pull items from inventory.
• Use RF guns and other electronic equipment as necessary.
• Physically pull warehouse items based on specified requirements.
• Compare and inspect items pulled to the order requirements.
• Pack and wrap orders for shipment.
• Transport orders using proper material handling equipment.
• Ensure correct staging for deliveries.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and safety.
• Assist in placing incoming items into inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs intermittently.
• Follow safety guidelines during physical activities.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Candidates must undergo drug screening after a conditional job offer.
