Bestaff is hiring a Kitting Associate for a growing 3PL partner in Southwest Indianapolis that handles kitting for pharmaceutical products. You' ll take a key spot on the assembly line, placing your item into the box in an exact, specific way as part of a coordinated team.

This role rewards workers who bring sharp attention to detail, listen closely to instructions, and show up ready to work every day — with a clear path from temp-to-hire.

Competenze

• Previous production or assembly line experience.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Comfort standing in one spot and working at a consistent, repetitive pace.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
