Job summary

Coworx Staffing Services LLC in Dover, NH is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Picker/Packer to fulfill and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include picking items, scanning barcodes with handheld RF devices, packing securely, verifying orders in computer systems, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Shifts pay $16.00–$17.60 per hour with equal opportunity employment and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a large warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and safely twist, bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs.
• Comfortable with basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills required to verify orders accurately.
• RF scanning device experience preferred, but not required.

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hour.
• 2nd Shift: $17.60/hour.
