We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Picker/Packer/Shipper to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments, generate labels, and work with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handling Fragile Items: Ensure secure packaging for small or fragile items.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and defects before shipping.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep logs, update shipment records, and communicate order statuses internally.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues and handle daily office tasks like responding to emails and calls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations (eCommerce logistics experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Basic computer skills including using order management systems, shipping software, and barcode scanners.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento and fulfillment software.
- Knowledge of barcode scanning and warehouse management systems.
- Understanding of shipping regulations and logistics best practices.
