Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a dependable Picker/Packer to support daily warehouse operations at our distribution center in New Jersey. The role involves selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment, using RF scanners to verify items and quantities, and maintaining accurate inventory.

You will work under a union contract with predictable year-round hours. The job requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and ability to operate pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic math and ability to read labels.
• Comfort with physical warehouse work (standing, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and label products for shipment.
• Use RF scanner to confirm items and quantities.
• Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks or similar equipment as trained.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
