Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Indiana is seeking a Picker and Packer to join a logistics and warehousing team. The role supports warehouse operations with focus on accuracy, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Pay range is $18.50–$19.50 per hour. Shifts include 4th Shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM) and 1st Shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Previous experience with RF scanner required.
• Ability to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers and containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety

As a Picker and Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker and Packer

Pay Range: $18.50 -$19.50

Shift:
4th Shift Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
