Enovis, located in the DFW area, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support the distribution center operations. The role involves picking, scanning, staging orders, and moving merchandise between areas within the facility to ensure timely fulfillment.

The position requires forklift certification, 1+ years of related experience, and strong hand-eye coordination. You will work with RF scanners and warehouse equipment, maintaining safety and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid fork-lifting certificate.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency in operating RF scanners and other warehouse tech.
• Good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting items from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy and quality standards throughout the fulfillment process.
• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to improve operational efficiency.
• Securing loads for transportation and inspecting vehicles for damages.
• Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Operating and managing warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
• Managing inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Picks and wraps orders for shipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

This position fills orders by selecting specified items from different areas in distribution center. Indicates items filled or omitted. Moves merchandise manually from one location to another. May process returned merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
• Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Operating and managing technical equipment
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.

Minimum Basic Qualification

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
