Job summary

Tellworks Logistics in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking Warehouse Associates for temporary-to-hire roles at our Jeffersonville facility. Overview

Tellworks Logistics is a leading provider of supply chain and warehouse
services with locations throughout the United States. Headquartered in Atlanta,
Georgia, Tellworks Logistics began operations in 2005 to fill a logistics and
warehousing need in the telecommunications industry for a reverse logistics
solution that could handle surpluses of components and equipment. We are
seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for our
Jeffersonville, Indiana facility.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
4th Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Brief Description

Warehouse Associates are responsible for accuratelypicking and
packing electronic devices and related products in a fast-paced warehouse
environment. Associates will spend most of the shift standing and walking while
pushing a picking cart, locating and scanning products, and completing customer
orders.

Associates must be willing to cross-train and work in other areas based
on business needs.The ability to speak, read, and understand English is
required to follow verbal and written work instructions, safety
requirements, and operational procedures.

This is atemporary-to-hire opportunity, with associates eligible
for evaluation at approximately 60 days for potential conversion to a full-time
Tellworks employee.

Essential Functions

• Accurately pick, scan, and pack electronic devices and related products
• Push and maneuver a picking cart throughout the warehouse
• Verify products and orders for accuracy
• Meet established production, quality, and accuracy expectations
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, and missing products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs require

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
• Warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and computer/scanner skills
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and perform repetitive motions
• Must be willing to cross-train
• Must follow Tellworks' required dress code and safety requirements while on the job
• Must meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations
• Must meet all company-required background, clearance, and/or drug screening requirements

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity & Benefits

Associates will be evaluated at approximately the60-day mark for
potential conversion to a full-time Tellworks employee.

Associates who are successfully converted to full-time employment will be
eligible for Tellworks employee benefits, subject to applicable plan
terms, eligibility requirements, and waiting periods.

Evaluations will consider production, attendance and punctuality,
quality and accuracy, attitude, safety, policy compliance, and overall job
performance.

Completion of 60 days does not guarantee conversion.

Full-time employment is based on successful evaluation and business needs.
