Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Training & Support
• Continuous knowledge and education on company systems.
• Participates in formal and informal training sessions to gain new skills and knowledge.
• Contributes to and updates knowledge database and team training documentation.
• IT Functions
• Responsible for area issues.
• Participate in team meetings and communications.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
• Respond to internal business partners in a courteous manner; escalate as appropriate.
• Track order alerts and resolve issues.
• Track order status.
• Tech Support
• Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
• Strong Customer Service Ethic.
• Essential Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
