Job summary

Meijer in Cincinnati is looking for a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into easy curbside pickups with accuracy and speed. You’ll help drive customer loyalty by providing a smooth pickup experience from start to finish.

No advanced tech required at first; training provided. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and at least 1 year of retail or cashier experience. You’ll lift, stand, and work with a friendly team in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Digital Clerk, you'll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

In short: you'll turn online orders into easy, reliable, "right-on-time" pickups.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
