General Description:

As a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service Center products in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To:

• All aspects of pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and other related products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers.
• Maintain customer relationships and build customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies, and related products while following all safety rules and procedures.
• Complete documentation with each delivery.
• Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet service goals.
• Keep all documents and maintenance records up to date, e.g., DOT Log.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type and meet CDL qualification requirements.
• Current CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous delivery driving experience.

• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Self-starter, willing to take initiative, attend training, and work independently.
