General Description:

As a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service Center products in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, wheels, and related products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers.
2. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Assist with loading and unloading tires, casings, wheels, and assemblies safely.
4. Complete delivery documentation accurately.
5. Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet location and customer service goals.
6. Keep all maintenance and delivery records up to date, such as DOT logs.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
8. Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, sometimes for extended periods.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle type, meeting commercial driver qualification standards.
• At least 21 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous delivery driving experience.

• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Self-starter, initiative-taker, able to work independently, and willing to attend training.
