Goodyear - Now Hiring: Pick-Up and Delivery Driver

Goodyear, a leader in service and retreading with over 200 Commercial Tire Centers across the U.S., is seeking a dedicated Pick-Up and Delivery Driver. Join us to service large commercial fleets and local customers with trusted tires and reliable service, all under our mission of 'SERVICE EXCELLENCE – ALWAYS.'

Responsibilities:

1. Pick up and deliver commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear centers, customers, and dealers.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
3. Assist with loading and unloading tires, wheels, and assemblies safely.
4. Complete all delivery documentation accurately.
5. Provide excellent service to meet company and customer service goals.
6. Maintain up-to-date records for equipment and vehicles, such as DOT logs.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
8. Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
