Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver in Redding, CA. This role involves timely pickup and delivery of Goodyear Commercial Tire products, building customer relationships, and handling documentation.

You will operate with safety as a priority, comply with CDL requirements, and participate in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Starting pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, with benefits and a flexible shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to meet CDL requirements.
• Current CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center products between locations.
• Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading tires, casings, wheels and related products.
• Complete delivery documentation.
• Provide Service Excellence to meet location and customer goals.
• Keep DOT logs and maintenance records up to date.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Perform tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

As a Pick-Up and Delivery Driveryou will be responsible to pick up and deliver Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service Center products in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• All aspects of pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires, casings and other types of tire pickup and delivery between Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers locations,customersand Goodyear dealers.
• Maintaincustomerrelationships including building and maintainingcustomersatisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies and related products while following all safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for documentation completion with delivery.
• Provide\"Service Excellence - Always\" to meet the service goals of the location and ofcustomers.
• Keep all documents and maintenance records up to date on equipment assigned,e.g.,DOTLog.
• Perform anyadditionalduties asassignedby management.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Current CDL required.
• Must beat least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous delivery driving experience
