What You’ll Do:

• You'll be the face of our service team—responsible for ensuring our customers’ vehicles are picked up, delivered, and handled with care and professionalism.
• Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery
• Transport customer vehicles from their home or workplace to the dealership for service
• Return vehicles upon completion and ensure a smooth, courteous hand off
• Customer Communication
• Use a smartphone to stay in touch with customers and update them on estimated arrival or return times
• Vehicle Inspections
• Conduct walk-around inspections during pick-up and drop-off
• Take before-and-after photos to document vehicle condition
• Shuttle Service
• Provide rides for customers as needed with professionalism and care
• Test Drives
• Perform test drives as required for service verification and report any issues noted during driving

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles
