Overview

To prepare Pick & Prep product and provide product preparation services to create a sensory and engaging experience for guests, while operating at or above company standards.

Pay starts at $14/hour.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage guests through product preparation, active sampling and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate superior guest service at all times, including storytelling about products, highlighting benefits like Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, and Local.
• Show knife skills to highlight services at Pick & Prep.
• Operate the area according to merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, and guest service.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to actively engage guests and have fun with them.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks including knife skills.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with computers and scales.
