Overview

In this role, you'll prepare Pick & Prep products and provide engaging product preparation services to enhance guest experience while operating according to company standards.

Pay starts at $15/hour. Earn an additional $1.00/hour premium for all hours worked from 5/11/25 to 9/6/25.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests through product preparation, sampling, and suggestive selling.
• Provide superior guest service, including storytelling about products and highlighting benefits such as Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, and Local.
• Demonstrate knife skills to showcase services offered at Pick & Prep.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area according to merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and guest service.
• Make PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to actively engage guests.
• Ability to work well with others and lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations and knife skills.
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Good computer and scale operation skills.
