2nd shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Load bottles, containers, and packaging components onto production lines.
• Apply caps, labels, and other packaging materials to products according to specifications.
• Assemble finished products and prepare them for packaging.
• Pack products into cartons, cases, and shipping containers.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and distribution.
• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and packaging guidelines.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout all operations.
• Assist with multiple packaging and production functions as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support changing production requirements and priorities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of Pick Packer experience
