What you'll do

As a 3PL Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, processing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our success and that of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring quality standards.
• Shipping: Prepare shipping documentation and labels; load trucks and ensure timely dispatch.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Receiving: Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals/ come up with improvement ideas.
  
  

What you should have:

• Pick and Pack experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification
  
  

Work Schedule

(Includes a 1/2-hour paid lunch from 12:30 PM - 1 PM)

Monday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Tuesday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Wednesday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

Pay And Benefits

Pay Rate: $14.00 starting -$16.00/hr once trained

Insurance Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance are offered to full-time employees after 90 days. The company pays half of this. We offer free life insurance as well.

Holidays: We offer several holidays off, including New Year, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!

Vacation: 40 hours PTO and 40 hours Sick Time after 1 year. 80 hours PTO and 40 hours Sick Time after 2 years.

Paid Lunch: Full-time employees receive a half hour paid lunch from 12:30 PM - 1 PM, Monday through Friday.

Work Hours: Overtime may be offered as needed and is optional when offered.
