Working Conditions
Fast-paced, production/manufacturing environment
Daily exposure to dust, odor and potential dangers of tools and equipment in a typical machine shop/assembly production area
Prolonged standing and walking on hard surfaces
Frequent repetitive motions (e.g., bending, twisting, reaching)
May involve working at heights or in confined spaces
Safety glasses required to be worn at all times on production floor
Ability to wear a half-mask air purifying negative pressure respirator
Exposure to noise that may require hearing protection
Works with hazardous materials requiring mandatory safety protocols
Work is mainly in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting (Some work may be in climate-controlled areas)
Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. alone and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Potential for electrical shock while testing equipment during the assembly process
Exposure to noise that may require hearing protection

What You Need To Know:
Under limited supervision, prepares customer orders for will call, small package and domestic freight for shipping by various modes. This includes gathering, palletizing/boxing, wrapping, labeling, completing documentation, performing all ERP transactions and loading shipments.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
1.Utilizing the ERP system to accurately gather, palletize/box and wrap customer orders by picking inventory from stock following first in first out (FIFO) principle according to reports and sales order pick list. Must accurately verify correct counts, batch/serial numbers, pick locations, and labels. Performs all necessary ERP transactions pertaining to orders, inventory accuracy and inventory control.(Essential) 55%
2.Assists with daily operation of departmental tasks or scheduled shipping activities related to small package, LTL, truck load and container shipments. (Essential) 10%
3. Communicate with Supervisor and Lead person regarding shipping schedule, area assignment, and stock variances. Call in Freight trucks daily for pickups.(Essential) 10%
4. Assists with replenishment of finished goods stock, rotating stock, cycle counting, ensures proper storage of finished goods and replenishment of shipping stock supplies.(Essential) 5%
5. Operates forklift/electric hand truck, dolly or related equipment to load orders onto skids and onto transport. (Essential) 10%
6. Follow all ISO 13485 SOP and work instructions guidelines. Learn and follow all current FDA required good manufacturing practices to consistently meet applicable requirements and specifications.(Essential) 10%
7. Performs other functions or duties as assigned.(Supplemental) 0%
