Job summary

Executive Jet Management (EJM) seeks a Gulfstream G450 captain to operate on a three-pilot account based in the Chicagoland area at Gary/Chicago International (GYY). The role requires substantial command time and a strong commitment to safety, service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have ATP, a First Class Medical, and experience with Gulfstream or similar-size jets. International flight exposure is preferred, with a robust benefits package and a focus on career development

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
• Total flight time of 3500 hours with PIC capability.
• MEL experience totaling 1500 hours is preferred.
• Gulfstream or similar size aircraft experience preferred.
• International experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safe operation of flight and crew compliance with SOPs.
• Creates flight plans, performance calculations, and weight & balance for each trip.
• Leads briefings using CRM/TEM to mitigate risks and communicate clearly.
• Manages pre-flight tasks, aircraft maintenance status, and safety checks.
• Ensures passenger comfort and safety, handling special needs as required.
• Maintains regulatory training, SMS compliance, and incident reporting.
