Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking qualified PIC candidates for a Challenger 300 based in KDVT (Phoenix, AZ). This is a 2-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician flying P135. The aircraft will fly approximately 350 hours per year.

This is NOT a commutable position — applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area. The Pilot in Command (PIC) holds final responsibility to ensure aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in P135 operations.
• Type rating in CL300 (strongly preferred).
• Must be able to perform the essential functions.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours, MEL: 1500 hours, PIC MEL: 500 hours, Instrument: 300 hours, Jet: 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
• Leads required briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC).
• Cooperates with SOPs and coordinates with personnel as required; acts as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
• Completes pre-flight tasks, including aircraft maintenance status, to ensure mission capability; records discrepancies.
• Monitors ground servicing items (fueling, oil, oxygen) per SOPs.
• Delivers passenger briefings and highest level of customer service; meets passenger needs.
• Uses CRM and TEM to communicate clearly during normal, abnormal, and emergency ops.
