Suzuki Music School of Newtown, LLC is seeking a warm, enthusiastic piano teacher to join our growing faculty in Newtown, Connecticut. We welcome Suzuki-trained instructors and experienced traditional teachers who love teaching children and helping students develop a lifelong love of music.

Responsibilities include teaching weekly private piano lessons, maintaining strong communication with families, and participating in recitals and events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music, Music Education, Piano Performance, Pedagogy, or related field preferred.
• Suzuki training is highly desirable but not required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Teach weekly private piano lessons to students of varying ages and levels.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
