Kindergarten Round Up Childcare is seeking a creative Piano Teacher to introduce children ages 3-12 to the joy of music through engaging and age-appropriate piano lessons. This part-time, hourly/contract role focuses on beginner instruction and developing basic music skills in a nurturing setting.

You will plan fun, interactive lessons, foster a love of music, and communicate progress with parents while contributing to a positive daycare environment and occasional student recitals.

Formación

• Proven experience teaching music to young children (previous experience teaching piano is a plus).
• A degree in music or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the daycare team and engage with parents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Teach basic piano techniques and music theory to young children.
• Plan and prepare lessons that are fun, interactive, and tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
• Introduce students to musical concepts such as rhythm, pitch, and melody.
