Overview

Responsibilities
  • Process service requests, including preparing submissions, analyzing quotations, and preparing proposals and summaries for clients.
  • Review endorsements, process premium audits and assist with disputes; prepare certificates of insurance and perform contract reviews.
  • Prepare binders, invoices, and secure premium financing; review newly issued policies for accuracy.
  • Follow up professionally with clients, carriers, producers, and peers; maintain and prioritize workload.
  • Attend renewal meetings, maintain certifications and training, and stay current on underwriting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a solutions-oriented service approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with Agency Management Systems (AMS Sagitta preferred).
  • Solid technical knowledge of commercial lines and 3+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years at the Account Manager level.
  • Strong work ethic, with attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Applicable state P&C Agent’s license, industry-related certifications, and a preferred college degree or equivalent experience

Hourly range is $30 to $47 per hour.
