Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Detroit practice, managing a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial with support from a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., active Michigan State Bar membership, at least 3 years of personal injury experience, and strong writing and advocacy skills; emphasis on exceptional client service and long-term career growth in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Michigan State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
