Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial lawyers in building personal injury cases. The role offers a $100,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission of 3% of all fees collected and a quarterly bonus of up to $6,000, with relocation support and benefits.

The attorney will draft motions, conduct legal research, and assist in deposition and trial preparation to advance plaintiffs’ PI claims in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.
• Assist in deposition and trial prep.
• Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation.
