Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial teams handling personal injury cases. The role focuses on drafting motions, conducting legal research, and assisting in deposition and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should hold a JD licensed in Texas, have 0–3 years of PI experience, and demonstrate strong legal writing and research skills. Spanish bilingual is a plus, and a vigorous benefits package is offered.

BRIEFING/RESEARCH ATTORNEY

Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Salary

$100,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)

Bonus

up to $6,000 quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials
• Assist in deposition and trial prep
• Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation

Qualifications
