Role Description

This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving book of business! This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Injury (PI) Attorney. The PI Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases, providing legal advice, conducting research, and engaging in negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include case preparation, representing clients in legal proceedings, and drafting legal documents. The role requires a strong understanding of labor and employment law.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Labor & Employment Law
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
• Proven ability in Negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in the relevant state(s)
