Job summary

Sword Health is seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join its AI-driven care team. You will perform comprehensive assessments and safety screenings, and translate assessments into active participation for patients through our digital care platform.

You will work remotely from Portugal, collaborating with the clinical team, using web-based tools, and upholding data security while handling high-volume assessment tasks and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical musculoskeletal/pelvic health experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills through a digital care workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and safety screenings to determine program suitability.
• Articulate program value and structure to prospective patients and convert assessments into active participation.
• Use strong interpersonal skills and motivational interviewing to promote patient commitment and long-term adherence.

Job description

• This is a part-time role (min 20 hours/week) where you will allocate time to specific tasks and projects based on business needs.
• You will work remotely within Portugal as part of Sword Health's clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and safety screenings, identifying clinical red flags to determine program appropriateness.
• Clearly articulate the value and structure of the program to prospective patients, converting assessments into active participation.
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing skills to inspire patient commitment and long-term compliance.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and/or pelvic health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that come across through a digital care workspace, plus comfort with web-based tools.
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy, and ability to handle high-volume, repetitive assessment work.
