Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $80,432 - $131,581 annually (certificated salary schedule, pro-rated)
• Calendar: 183 days
• Additional Compensation: Master's and Doctoral supplements of $2,967 (pro-rated)
• Induction Program Fees: Paid by district for teachers needing to clear their credential (excluding credentialing fees) [pro-rated]
• Experience Credit: Up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching outside the district for salary placement
• Bilingual Signing Incentive: Up to $2,000 for new hires (via online testing), paid after two months in the district [pro-rated]
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $1,000 upon documentation of a positive student loan balance, available for the first 20 eligible new hires [pro-rated]
