  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective physics and chemistry lessons for students at various levels (e.g., middle school, high school, or advanced courses).
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including lectures, demonstrations, hands‑on activities, and experiments.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments in alignment with the curriculum and educational standards.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred for advanced courses or higher teaching roles).
  • Prior experience teaching physics at the middle or high school level, particularly in a private or independent school setting, is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and delivering hands‑on experiments and using laboratory equipment.
  • Experience with advanced courses (e.g., AP Physics/Chemistry, IB Physics/Chemistry) may be a plus.
  • In‑depth understanding of physics/chemistry principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and in an engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in laboratory practices and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools, learning management systems, and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Ability to integrate technology effectively into physics/chemistry instruction, such as through simulations, virtual labs, and multimedia presentations.
