Full-time Radiation Oncology Physicist
Provide comprehensive medical physics support for radiation oncology services including external beam radiation therapy, brachytherapy, SRS, and SBRT. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IEMA, NRC, ACR, DNV), oversee equipment acceptance, calibration, and quality assurance. Develop and maintain departmental physics policies, procedures, and QA programs. Serve as Radiation Safety Officer, leading radiation safety, shielding, and radioactive material management. Collaborate with clinicians to optimize treatment planning and delivery. Participate in quality improvement, safety meetings, and strategic planning. Assist with staff and student education, and support clinical innovation and program development.
