Job summary

The Institute for Family Health is seeking a physician to provide patient care across multiple clinical sites, ensuring high-quality, compliant care. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, teaching trainees, and engaging in performance improvement activities.

You will maintain medical records, participate in CME, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Brief Description

Responsible for the care of patient at all clinical sites and programs as assigned by their supervisor. Responsible for ensuring the care of their patients meets, the organizations productivity goals, quality performance measures, regulatory compliance, training needs, and research initiatives.

Requirements

• Maintaining an active medical practice of TBD clinical sessions weekly
• Demonstrates competency in following areas

Medical Knowledge

• Demonstrates good fundamental knowledge of established clinical practice and use of Evidence Based Medicine
• Demonstrates sound clinical judgment

• Keeps current with the medical literature
