Coverage Need: As soon as possible - Ongoing

# of Providers needed: 1

# of shifts per month: 8-10

Schedule: Clinic 8a-5p, Night Call 5p-8a, 24hr Call: 8a-8a

Clinical Details

• Provider will be doing both inpatient and outpatient during the weekday.
• Inpatient on weekends is a possibility, but not as a routine.
• Elective procedures are being referred back to employed physicians. No scheduled OR days, only emergencies.
• Average of 5 admissions while on call
• Average inpatient per day: 5-15
• Average admissions per day: 5
• Average consults per day: 5-8

Provider will work solo.

For inpatient, provider is required to round, consult, and perform necessary procedures.

Adult only.

Requirements

• Active PA State License
• Will accept candidates needing to obtain licensure
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• ACLS, BLS
• Active DEA
• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Cystoscopy
• Vasectomy
• Lithotripsy
• Stents
• Hydroceles

Credentialing: 90 days
