Physician / Urology / Missouri / Locum or Permanent / Urologist opening south of Columbia, MO in Lake of the Ozarks!

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist as we continue to expand in our thriving community. This is an employed opportunity with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital. Equipment includes da Vinci X surgical system. Join an established practice with call 1:2. Support staff includes one urologist and one family nurse practitioner. EMR systems used are Meditech in the hospital and Cerner in the clinics.

1. Contract details include a base salary guarantee for two years, RVU-generated bonus, and a quality incentive bonus.
2. Comprehensive benefits package, including visa sponsorship options, negotiable sign-on bonus, and up to 216 hours of paid time off.
3. 40 hours of CME annually, with a CME allowance up to $4,000 (prorated).
4. Insurance benefits include health, dental, vision, long-term disability, and basic life insurance.
5. Malpractice insurance coverage is provided.
6. Additional benefits include student loan assistance, paid Missouri licensing and credentialing fees, 401K with match, and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
