Job summary

Palm Careers seeks an experienced Urologist for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona starting November 21, 2026 for approximately 13 weeks. The role requires MD/DO, Arizona license (or IMLC LOQ) and DEA, with on‑call duties across a 24‑hour cycle in an acute care hospital.

Procedures include ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT and cystoscopy; TRUS biopsy and in‑clinic vasectomy are preferred. EMR is Cerner; credentialing is typically 7–14 days.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Urologist for an urgent Locum Urology opportunity in Arizona starting November 21, 2026.

Position Details

• Start: November 21, 2026 | Duration: ~13 weeks


• Coverage: 24-hour call (initial dates Nov 21-22 8a-8a; average callback 2-6 hours/day)


• Setting: Acute care hospital (~99 beds) with clinic volume ~20 patients/day


• Procedures: ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy; preferred TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy


• OR volume: ~3-4 cases per week | Robotics available but not required


• EMR: Cerner


• Credentialing: approximately 7-14 days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent urology experience
