We are seeking an immediate addition of a Urologist to join a group practice in Southern Georgia. Let's discuss this opportunity.

Practice Model

Our hospital-owned physician practices operate uniquely, treating physicians as owners. We negotiate a competitive salary based on MGMA figures, paid monthly. At year's end, physicians receive 100% of the practice profits, similar to ownership. We do not charge fees for practice management. We also offer full benefits, including paid malpractice insurance, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and CME allowance. For residents interested in early commitment, we provide a monthly stipend to assist with training expenses.
